After multiple weeks in a shelter in place, I continue to be worried that our industry’s aging workforce will still be an issue after we get past #COVID19. We need to decide how we are going to tackle this human capital issue. How do we train or provide tools that the younger workforce use today and every day when socializing with friends and family?
